AISLPC is Back Again With… Pocket AIs?

AISLPC has a habit of keeping us on our toes, serving up designs that range from CRT nostalgia to outright futuristic weirdness. But if you’ve been wondering when they’ll finally play it straight, the answer is: right now. The company has officially confirmed the return of its “Pocket AI” line, and this time, the device looks surprisingly… normal.

Unlike previous releases like the RG43H Pro, which leaned into cyberpunk aesthetics, this new handheld opts for a traditional layout with proper grips. It’s essentially a mashup of the Anbernic RG406H, Pocket Air Mini, and TrimUI Brick Pro vibes. Under the hood, it’s running on the familiar Rockchip RK3562 with 2GB of RAM and a 4000mAh battery. The standout feature? A 4.3-inch 1024×768 display and, crucially, built-in Wi-Fi—a first for this specific spec sheet.

Running Emuelec out of the box, the device is coming in four colorways: Black, Blue, White, and Pink. While the D-pad and stick placement are still a bit of a mystery, the shift toward a conventional form factor is a welcome change for those tired of fish-shaped controllers. It’s not revolutionary, but it’s a solid, reliable retro box. Keep an eye out for more updates as we get closer to launch.
